We also believe in remote work. We’ve perfected it. We thrive because of it. Depending on your assignment, you may be located onsite with a client or travel 33% of the time. The entire team meets for a retreat twice a year to make face-to-face contact and engage in professional development.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

We’re different. We find and hire 75% of our candidates through in-house and contract recruiters. The other 25% are referred to us by others. Occasionally, someone fills out the contact form and says they’re a great fit.  We contact them. They send us their resume and cover letter. That might be you!

Here’s the hiring process:

1. We will contact you via email to set up an online video screening interview with a recruiter.
2. You will have at least two interviews with senior consultants via online video.
3. Make it through these interviews and you will have a video interview with the hiring manager.
4. We have hired candidates in as fast as four days. On average we take 10 working days.
